I recently find out that as soon as try to press microphone to use 2 way audio my volume drops and I can't hear anything from the person who speaks to the camera. It was working loud and clear not too long ago but now they only hear me and I can't hear them. I did reset everything several times including factory reset and connecting cameras all over again. Nothing works. I have a base and 3 cameras. All of them having the same problem. Please advise. Customer service hanged up on me and I can't reach anyone since. Cameras still under  one year warranty.

Which phone and OS version?

I have iPhone 13 Pro running lates IOS 17.1.2 . My wife has the same phone and same issue. Again, It was working fine not too long ago. I recently noticed this issue.
