I recently upgraded to the Arlo Pro 4 for my outside camera. Had the Pro 2, ended up it broke and saw the Pro 4 with a great Prime Day sale. Took the jump and it’s been fine.
However, one odd issue I am having is when it’s plugged into power, it stops recording everything. It’s the weirdest thing, I’ve searched through settings, and online everywhere but can’t find anything on it. I know for sure it’s supposed to have recordings as I’ve been home and watched cars come up and it not record. I have the motion sensor set to 100. As soon as I disconnect it, I’ll have a bunch of recordings as normal.
I have it in a spot where I don’t need it connected to power all the time, but can connect it for a bit to charge back up.
Any ideas or anyone seen this?

Do you have a subscription?
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera (when plugged into power)?

Also, are you using an indoor or outdoor charger?
