Alro Pro 4 - Cameras died early , now no infared, stopped recording at 15 days.

I have an arlo pro4 set up. It is 15 days old. Of three cameras, one camera went dead at 13 days. I recharged it and now it has no infared (?). Then two days later all three quit recording and saving to libraries. I thought this trial period was a few months not 15 days. How long is the trial ?

How do I activate the service to record?

First go into the "mode" area in the app, and see if the cameras are all set to Armed.
