Randomly all devices (4 arlo pro 4 and 5 essential xl spotlight) went offline. We live in Dubai and pay for multi camera subscription. Done literally everything possible in terms of trouble shooting with arlo team, ISV who confirmed ntn has changed or blocked at their end still can’t get the devices online or synch.
arlo sent a hub to try connecting via that. The hub itself doesn’t connect to the app. Problem isn’t the internet as I have had these cams were for over a year. It’s some update that has made these all go kaput.
any help or direction will be greatly Appreciated

a case is already open and someone from Alro was to email me today but no one did.
couldn’t reach out to chat support to when it was well before 6pm in U.K. bit ridiculous really that can’t get support to sort this issue out even after 10 days.
