I’m having problems with no alerts being triggered on Any of the cameras I have set up. It was working on one camera but this has now also stopped. I have tried resetting devices and adding them but no change

Can you please send a screenshot of what you see under Routines and then Click on the mode so we can see the settings there.

- Do you see "Library" in your app menu? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
- Do you have an Arlo Secure subscription?

Thank you. Yes I have a secure plus subscription and can see “feed” and “dashboard” in the app.

Thx. Have you checked the mode(s) that you are using - making sure that there are rules for all the cameras, and that those rules include both notifications and recordings?

Thank you. I’ve checked “default mode” settings which are all set to detect motion and record . The odd thing is that they were all working until recently and now only one (doorbell) cam is working

Also look in the mode settings (routines->modes, then select the > next to the mode you are using). Make sure there is a rule for each camera in the "Device Rules" list.

Yes this worked! Thank you.
I needed to set rules under each arm mode as in the attached screenshot. I suppose as was puzzled as it had previously worked without me knowing that I had amended or set these rules at all. Maybe a software upgrade ?

Normally Standby is used to disarm all your cameras. If you want that capability, then you'd need to remove the rules from that mode (not the others).
