I have a hub at home with 6 cameras. We just bought a Arlo system without the base for my company. I want to be able to look at both of them on my phone app without my office manager who can see the office cameras seeing my personal home life.

Have the office manager create their own account. Then use the friend account feature to share the company cameras.

The process will send an invitation email to the "friend account" email address. Accept that invite on a PC, by clicking on the "create account" control in the email. That will open a browser to my.arlo.com. You can then either create the friend account, or just log into it.
I don't recommend accepting the invite on a phone or tablet - the process often fails when you do it there.
