I had the Ultra but that was so bad with connectivity literally 15’ away from the hub I had to go to the pro 4. Since buying, the activity zones do not work for any of my hour cameras, also I have notifications set up as do not notify and do not record but it still does this 2000+ times a day. I have reset, deleted and re-add the cameras/hub, Nothing works! It’s been like this for over a year, is this product that bad?

Then you should be seeing the recordings.  Though if might be useful to delete the activity zones for now, and confirm that the camera records.  If it is, then recreate them.

 

Also, try making a manual recording while livestreaming from the app or browser.  If you have 2K livestreaming enabled, you will need to temporarily disable it in order to make a manual recording (it only is available for 1080p).

 

Maybe also double-check that the camera(s) are listed in the subscription plan.
