Hope someone can help, tech support is a joke.

 

One of my Arlo Pro 4 cameras is not updating snapshot after motion is detected. Have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps. remove, reboot, re add, factory reset, clear cache, etc. Wifi signal is not issue, internet speeds not an issue, other cameras are fine.

 

When motion is detected the snapshot will update for a few seconds then revert back to snapshot of last live view.

 

Is there a solid fix? Forum search indicates this is recurring problem with no solid solution but the posts are closed to further conversation.

Newest app update did not fix issue. Engineering department is supposedly looking into my problem but I feel like the support team just says that when they can't find a solution. Arlo subscriber for years. 

 

Is there a moderator that can look up case numbers?

No updates yet, this appears to be a challenging issue to consistently reproduce internally. The development team is still investigating.
