smart hub was offline, no light was on.

I noticed my cameras were offline tonight and I start the troubleshooting process.

The smart hub was offline, no light was on. I unplugged it, plugged it back it. The LED turns a solid orange, then a solid blue but after about 30-45 seconds, it starts blinking orange.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
