how can i replace the lens on my cameras to get rid of the clouds in my pictures

You can't. If you look carefully into the lens can you see moisture? Use a magnifier to help. You can carefully clean the lens with a clean cloth and maybe a drop of lens cleaner applied only to the cloth.
