problems saving in memory in my USB stick

I've had problems saving in memory in my USB stick.. I've tried changing but that didn't help either

What hub or base? Since we're in the Pro 3 area, I assume it's a VMB4540 but other models could be in use.

 

Have you formatted the drive using the app? Are the drives you've tried at least 16GB?
