pro 3 blinking blue and orange.
one if 4 that I have. others are fine.
i have tried everything based on online suggestions.
no apparent reason.
is there a fix or reset possibility.

That flashing indicates a firmware update in progress but it sounds like something went wrong. After ~15 minutes of that happening, it's safe to pull the battery out and reinsert it to see what happens. You can try the reset procedure detailed in this FAQ:
