person detected, but no recording

Camera is detecting person, but there is not a saved recording on the app or website. How can I get that recording? Thanks!

What model hub are you using?  (There is a VMBxxxx label on the base).

 

Do you have a subscription for your Pro 3?

If not, do you have local storage installed on the hub?
