do something about the high traffic camera battery life. only getting 3 weeks tops

I am not getting alerted when someone approaches camera range. Had to buy power cord because battery only lasts about 3 weeks not 3 to 6 months as claimed. Can't access phone application, not recognizing sign in. Can't change password from phone app.

Are you using the web client then? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? WHat phone and OS version? To eliminate high traffic, camera positioning is important to remove streets and other unneeded sections of the view. Motion sensitivity in your modes and rules might also be useful. Post a screenshot of the camera view for suggestions.
BTW, if you can't sign into the app you won't be getting push notifications. Emails would still work.
