I have a weird bug n the arlo web portal. Although the cameras are charged (and appear charged on the arlo mobile app), one of the camera appears as not charged on the web portal (whatever the browser I use), and therefore I do not have access to the camera through the web portal. Anyone has an idea? Since I am abroad at the moment, I do not want to remove the camera from the system and pair it again as I will not be able to access the camera directly.

Stick to using the mobile app, the web portal is broken.
If you’re desperate to use the web portal then use incognito or private window.

I noticed as of 2PM EST the problem has been corrected. Using Edge browser at least.
