I have used an original arlo camera system for yrs - now trying to add a second pre owned base station , but the app wont recognise the pro3 base

Did the previous owner of the Base properly remove it from his/her account ?
If they did , have you tried a full reset on the base prior to adding?

Describe the exact procedure and observations when you did the reset. You have to hold the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber. Afterwards, the hub should reboot to a solid blue LED in about 2 minutes - does it?
