can't add arlo base station to homekit. Need a reset token

Hi,
I had few Pro 2 cameras with the base station working well with HomeKit.
I added a new base station to my arlo setup "VMB4540r2" (now have one base station for Pro 2 cameras and another base station for pro 3 and Ultra 2 cameras) however the cameras under the new base station all show up as serial numbers (although they are named in Arlo app) and they say no response. Not sure if I need a reset token but hoping it does not ruin the setup for my other base station.

Can you please dm me the serial number of the basestation that is needing the token reset? You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.
