cameras no longer have the ability to manual record

Hi there, my cameras no longer have the ability to manual record. No options is available. All software is up to date and it still says I have the complementary subscription. Just seems to have stopped.

Have you tried both the web client and the app?

I only use the app, if I’m trying to access via the web, it says link not valid.
