camera still records birds & cars when turned off (Arlo 3) model.

I have the arlo 3 models and although the activity for all but people is disabled the camera continues to track birds, tree movement and anything else.

Ive uninstalled, rebooted the smart hub but no luck.

It's a common misunderstanding that when you disable these that it will not record these items. That is wrong, it still records them but you will not get notifications about them. Have you tried to decrease the sensitivity in the modes settings? Have you set up activity zones to not record in these areas? Other than that you need to reposition the cameras as to not have it pointed in the direction of vehicles and such.
