camera quality at night

We have Arlo / pro 3 cameras. The outside camera (under cover of the roof) during the day is fine. Picture quality to good. At night the pictures are coming in blurred. It appears like there's spider weds on the pictures and the quality is very poor. I've looked at the camera and I do not see any cobwebs. There's lines going across the video like they are cobwebs. I have examples I can show. Thank You

Post #5 sure looks like spider webs.

Have you tried cleaning the lens?

Issue resolved.

I took the camera down and clean the lens with a good lens cleaner. I could not see any actual cobwebs on the lens but doing a good cleaning seemed to have worked.
