camera cannot add to HomeKit

Hey quick question.  I have a Arlo cannot add to apple HomeKit.  Normally it just added itself to HomeKit but just this one camera cannot add it self in

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
