battery charge problem

a couple of my cameras battery died; i have tried recharching batteries with original charge cables but it's not working; please let me know what can i do ?

If they're totally dead, try plugging them in several times so enough voltage is in the battery to allow it to charge properly. Don't let them totally discharge - charge them up when below 25% or at least when you get the low battery email.
