Has anyone had this problem. after the trial period has ended, I now have a message about paid storage plans when I try to access my library . also I can't see any alerts. I'm notified of any motion but can't see them. support says I have to buy a arlo plan to see alerts or any videos in the library. I was told when I bought them that I could see up to 7 days without paid plan.

The older cams such as Pro2 and older still have the 7 day. The Newer like Pro3 require a subscription after the "Trial" expires. Who ever told you that Pro3 still had 7 day told you wrong.
What options will I have when the Arlo Smart 3-month trial plan ends?
