I recently removed some cameras, added new cameras and changed some camera names. Everything shows up fine in Arlo app however when I open the apple Home app I don't see some of the added cameras and still see some of the cameras that I removed from arlo app (they show offline).

How do I force a refresh for my HomeKit itegration that's been in place for many months to show the accurate cameras?

Note that when I go into the arlo app under settings>home>homeKit I see the same camera list that I see inside apple home app itself and cannot make any changes to the list however when I go to settings>home>devices, I can see the correct list of cameras.

Try doing a quick restart of the basestation and see if that changes what you are seeing. If it states discovering then reach out to me and I can reset the token for you.

Just did a restart.

All cameras in Home app show no response.

I have deleted the bridge completely from Home app. Please send me a new token

Please also note the following:

i have two base stations

VMB4000 - requires a token

VMB5000 - I tried adding an accessory in Apple home app and scanned the barcode but it says Accessory cannot be found.

need help to add this one to home app as well and not sure if it also requires a token.

i have cameras connected to both base stations and need both added to HomeKit.

thanks in advance.

I reset the token for both. Follow the steps within the link for setup without a code:

Thanks for the info but unfortunately still not working.

Here is what I tried:

For VMB4000, I restarted it and nothing showed up on Home app. I then went into settings and device info for VMB4000 and selected HomeKit, it took me to a screen saying "Discovering your device. Please wait" and nothing happens from there.

For VMB5000r6 I restarted it, then went into apple home app, selected add an accessory and scanned the barcode but it kept spinning and finally said the acessory cannot be found.

I then went into the arlo app, selected the base station, went into setup and devince info and selected HomeKit, it found my base station and selected which room it was located in then it asked me to scan the barcode on the base station. I scanned it and it kept spinning for few minutes and then it said "Accesory Not Found".

Please let me know what I am supposed to do with each base station. in the past it used to be once you resend me a token reset all cameras on VMB4000 automatically show up in apple home app (didn't happen this time) and for VMB5000 this is new for me and I've never had set it up with HomeKit before.

Thanks in advance for your help.
