Wifi hub mot de passe inconnu

Bonjour

je dois réinstaller Ma station mais l’application me demande de me connecter avec mon téléphone au réseau wifi du hub , le réseau wifi Arlo apparaît mais il me demande un mot de passe que je n’ai pas 

comment faire ? Merci

Something very wrong here, as the base station/smarthub is only connected with ethernet.  You cannot join the base station wifi - that network is closed, and is only used by the cameras.

Are you sure you are adding the correct device?
