Wife's app will not upgrade to the new experience

My and my son's phone apps are upgraded to the new experience, but when I try to upgrade my wife's it keeps failing. I think we all need to be on the new version for her to be able to see the cameras. I've tried multiple times, but keep getting an error when I upgrade her's.

How are you doing it? The "hack" method is what I suggest. Go into "Add device" in her account, and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That will fail since there is no camera to add. But the process will migrate her to "Feed" before she gets stuck.
But there is a simpler way. That is to have her use your account credentials on her phone. Arlo didn't used to allow that, but that changed a few months ago.

So I'm forcing the upgrade by adding a device then selecting a security system. My son had done that before me and therefore could not get the cameras to show up unless I upgraded to the new experience. That's how I did my phone too. I got the error once, but hitting retry worked. It won't with my wife's.

Is her app up to date?
Have you tried just logging into her phone with your credentials?
