Wife is not able to change mode with shared app

My wife has an Arlo app that came via an "invitation" from within the Arlo Pro 3 iOS app that I have.

She is not able to change the mode with this app so she is not able to "arm" the system if she leaves the house.

 

Can we make "Mode" available on other than primary phones?

To change modes, she must have Access Rights enabled within the Grant Access settings on your account.
