Hello,

Would to like to request for price, delivery costs and delivery terms for Arlo Pro 3 Wire-Free Security System, Housing and Mount. Our company is located in Europe though. Does Arlo have any official distributor in Europe? If not, is it possible to order fro the U.S. or any other options?

Good question.

The Ultra and Pro 3 are the same "form factor", ie shape.

There are certainly third party skins that boast "compatible with Arlo Ultra".

While some people are averse to using third party bits and pieces, I hardly think that there will be much in the way of compatibility issues with a bit of fabric.

Vladimir_K,

Take a look at arlo.com and choose your country for information on retailer availability. Select the desired product and click "Buy Now" to see more information about local retailers.

Thank you very much, the only product I didn't find via retailers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland is Arlo Ultra & Pro 3 Camera Housing - Black (VMA5200H-10000S). Is it only available in the U.S. apart from Amazon and eBay?

Pro 3 is pretty new. Maybe they take time to land.

What you want is available in the UK.

Arlo Pro3 VMS4340P 2K QHD Smart Home Security Alarm 3 Camera System, Indoor/Outdoor Surveillance, Co...

At least, I assume that that is what you want. There are other Pro 3 configurations.

That of course is the white camera, not the black.  I don't believe the black camera is available outside the US yet.

Indeed, but reading the message carefully it isn't at all clear what the original request is asking for.

In general, black cameras do not seem to migrate outside the US.

Similar requests have come up here before. The simple answer is to buy a set of black skins.

I don't have skins myself, but my understanding from other posters here is that they can sometimes interfere with the PIR sensing and IR floodlights built into the camera.

So there is some chance that the skins will affect the camera performance.  if you do see issues with motion detection and Nightvision, you might try removing the skins as a troubleshooting step.
