When I reset my base, it disconnected from my paid account

I am an "add on" on an account and when i had to factory reset the base, it created a new "free" account for me instead of the plan that I have. Because I have a free account I cannot contact any support to get assistance.

Can you still log into the original account?

 

FWIW, the base didn't create an account.

@HRoman if you are still needing support regarding the subscription, you can dm me directly with a good contact number as well as a good time to reach out to you. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
