Trying ti setup system. Set-up says that my device(base/hub) is offline. But the light is solid blue(connected). When setup tries to search for any devices, it says that none are found. If my light is solid blue, aren't I connected? Why can't setup find any devices then?

Try holding the reset button until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and try to claim it again.

Have you tried using both the mobile app and web client from a PC to see if you get the same results?

 

Also be sure the device you are using is connected to the same network as the SmartHub.

Thanks James, yes, I've tried to connect with my PC and my phone using the Arlo app. Same results. No devices found. Both my phone and PC are linked to the same router connection also. I've been trying to get this hooked up more weeks. I've also been through two chats (Arlo). Guess I need to speak to someone at Arlo. Ughh
