Videos older than 7 days old if camera was stolen

My cameras were stolen and I wanted to get access to videos that possibly has the perpetrators on them. Is there a way to get the video recordings for February 2024?

7-day free cloud recording only applies to the legacy Pro /Pro 2 cameras - not the Pro 3.  Can you confirm whether you have a subscription for these cameras?

Either way, once the videos reach the retention limit, they are deleted from the Arlo Cloud and cannot be recovered.  If you have local storage (USB drive) connected to the base, then those recordings would still be there.
