Videos not saving to library

I have the Arlo pro 3 cameras and the Arlo doorbell with the base station, hardware VMB4540r2. My video clips have stopped saving to my library. Do I need a subscription to have them saved to my library? Others I know that have the arlo cameras video clips are saving to their library and they don't have a video subscription.

Yes, you need a subscription. If the trial sub has expired you need to purchase a sub for cloud recordings.
