I keep getting an error that will not let me view the videos recorded to my SD card. Apparently Arlo won’t speak to me unless I pay them more money… As a result, I’m trying to delete my account permanently. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. Can anybody help guide a non-subscription user through the account deletion process?

Has the trial subscription run out?
If not you can contact support to discuss going forward.
If so you can sign up to resolve the issue or to return the product and get your account deleted and cost reimbursed if within the purchase agreement.

Yes the trial has run out. I have had the cameras for more than two years. So I can’t return the cameras. Will have to sell them. Once I do, how do I delete my account?

When you get to that point, PM @JamesC (using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page).
Make sure you remove all your devices from the account before sell them. If you don't, the purchaser won't be able to add them to their own account.
