My Arlo pro 3 is not recording to the cloud it does register movement but no recording is saved. I have checked for updates but it does not register any new updates (currently running 1.16.5.0_3646_89fcc16) on my VMB4500r2 base station. From the Arlo site I can see a newer update* which could solve my issue but there is no update when I check the app/website.

Anyone with similar issues or perhaps a solution? Perhaps an issue with the software...

Do you have a current smart subscription if you 3 month trial expired. It is needed for cloud recording but you would still get basic notifications as you said.
