More related to VMB4540 but since there isn't a forum . . .
I have 2 Pro 3's and a VMB4540 Hub. I move the system seasonally from my summer home to my main home. Since the last move in early October I am unable to connect my hub to my home network. After many tries, including assuring the 4540 and my smart phone was connected to my network (they both were), I deleted the 4540 figuring I could re install it. I can't! Neither my phone or my PC (PC is hard wired to a mesh hub on the same network as the 4540 is hard wired to and I can see the 4540 on the network) can re install the Hub.
Do I have any good options?

Sorry for the new user name. I couldn't log in with my previous one for username password reasons.
Problem solved. Did 2 things. 1) I connected the HUB to my network through the main mesh unit and, 2) I used the paperclip reset. All good now accept for trying to figure out my old log in to this site. I am horrible with username/passwords
StephenB - Thank you for the response. That was my plan originally but, I had forgotten my password, and the password reset on the app asks for your old password. I didn't want to do a factory reset until I made sure I could log in. At that point I had totally forgotten that I could log thru the web.
jguerdat - I don't have VPN.
Thanks to both of you for your help.
