I am getting really frustrated in installing my so called Smart Hub....When I took it out of the box and Installed it everything was fine...But for what ever reason i uninstalled my Smart Hub... and now I can't reinstall it again.....It keeps telling me that my Smart Hub is Offline and that it not connected to the internet when it is....Please help.

Only you know the reason and how you went about it.
Only you know what you have tried to put it back on line, so we don't know if you reset the hub.

Since you removed it, be sure to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Press and hold the reset button until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and try again.
