Unable to view recordings locally VMB4540

Hi, i am unable to view any recordings on storage settings page, there is still an instruction to insert a USB even though there is one that is recording. I can only view recordings by removing the memory stick and putting into a PC. The base unit is a VMB4540 and i have recently cancelled my subscription as I have been told I have over used the storage far use policy. Would the local storage also be cancelled ?

Problem sorted, I have deleted then redownloaded the Arlo app allowing the connection of devices, now all records appear in both the feed tab and storage settings page. Just need to work out connecting with port forwarding.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu? Or do you instead see "Library"?
