I and my husband purchased new iPhones and when trying to add the the new phones as trusted devices, it says "there was a problem trusting this device. Try again". Also, I am unable to delete devices under the geofencing mode, I can only disable them. How do I delete those?
Thanks!

Same issue – Arlo cannot Trust new iPhone.
Since no support is available, I have been scouring these threads and attempting various steps but nothing works. What a pain caused by glitchy, incompetence. Love the camera but the software and support are pathetic. 👎

Some users have reported success by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the Arlo Secure mobile app. For others, following the steps here were successfully: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Add-trusted-device-on-new-iPhone-Issue-Resolved-Workaround/m-p/18...
