Unable to log in through computer but works fine on iPhone. Says device is not recognized.

I cannot log in to my computer with myarlo.com.  My iPhone in logged in and working fine.  Says that my device is not recognized

Computers aren't trusted devices yet. When you attempt to log into the web client, you should get options to email or have a push notification sent to your phone to allow the login to occur.
