UNABLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I spent almost 45 minutes in Feb 23' waiting on Customer support to cancel my account. I have had poor performance from these cameras and poor customer service, so don't want to have to pay even more monthly $$$ for something that I am unsatisfied with.
Also, I was put in a high subscription plan that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. The plan I am on now doesn't work as advertised, so I sure don't want a plan that offers even more unnecessary benefits that don't work. My account wasn't canceled and now every single link to "subscription" in 'My Account' is grayed out, making it impossible to cancel. I’ve also seen in remarks in the Arlo community that others are having this same problem. Arlo has put its customers in plans without the authorization or consent of the customer and then made it impossible for the customer to cancel the subscription.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and it shouldn't be this hard to do.
