Hi 

I have 4 Arlo cameras we changed Internet provider.  So lost connection I contacted Arlo and managed to connect 3 devices via the phone the 4th device I could connect at the time as I couldn't get it down so I am trying now to  connect it to base hub but it cannot find it! Keeps saying try manually to connect via sync button but nothing working, when i press sync button  I need help...I'm not technically great at this so find it easier if I could be talked through the process. Where has the uk contact number gone??

Try to factory reset the camera and then re-sync it
