This appears to be an insect flying through the cameras field of view. The reason it has a white glowing effect is due to the IR leds reflecting off of the moving object.

Yea a it an obvious insect. sometimes they glow at night like that on my cams.

Yep, it's an insect. Mine are constantly triggered by them. It's worse if you have the camera mounted near a outside light that stays on all night. Very annoying for sure.
Just wait till you have a spider build a web close by, now that really looks like a outer space creature at night.
