Two of three cameras went offline; model VMC4040P of ArloPro3

Two of three ArloPro3 cameras went offline whereas the third is working. One needed to be charged, which I did first. I followed all the steps on "Help" found in app Settings, up to factory reset which I was hesitant to do. Removed batteries for 10 seconds then reinserted. Rebooted base station twice. The wifi is working. One camera is blinking slow blue for two minutes followed by rapid orange for 10 seconds, then long pause. The other camera is blinking rapid orange about every 10-15 seconds. Can you help?

Fast orange blinking means the camera is unable to sync to the base. I suggest doing the reset procedure next.
