Hello,
I am using the ARLO app on my iPhone. The original trusted device was removed from the iPhone, and now no matter what I do: going to settings in my.arlo.com to make the iPhone a trust the device, I can't make the iPhone a Trusted Device to receive two step verification code - Trusted Device is greyed out in ARLO app. Also, Face ID is turned on in ARLO app, but is it is not shown on Face ID & Passcode in my iPhone; therefore, Face ID does not work. Please fix the problems so I can get two step verifications and Face ID login. Thanks much.
