Trigger record on another camera

If I set a 2nd camera to start recording if motion/person is detected on an other cam, Will the spot light come on on the 2nd camera that didn't detect motion/person ? If low light condition

Yes.  A cross-triggered camera should also turn on the spotlight when it starts recording.
