Synchronizing problem

My Arlo base station can not discover pro 3 cameras.
I had tried already so many options.

Can you tell us what you've tried?

 

One trick that often works:  Try adding the cameras from a PC browser (my.arlo.com).  If you can connect the PC to the router with ethernet, then try doing that first.
