Subscription Issues for Pro 3

My free trial for two pro 3 cameras is coming due. I’ve been trying to purchase a individual subscription for these camera but the website won’t even give me the option. I even tried to purchase the up to five camera subscriptions but with no success. I see others are having subscription issues as well. Where do I go from here?

You either need to wait for the trial subscription to expire, or cancel the trial subscription and then purchase the paid subscription.
