So one day my working Arlo pro 3 was working barely.. I’m only still using these cameras because it still works, not very happy with them in general since connection always dropping and the cameras have a fuzzy video footage, but back to the subject. My cameras on the app says that the hub is offline, but the hub’s led is solid blue. The connection is there, tried logging on and off, tried unplugging for 30 seconds, tried resetting, it’s not the Wi-Fi connection. Even tried plugging in the Ethernet cable to a working modem and still says offline. Noticed that my subscription just ended also, tell me that it’s not the subscription that’s causing the issue because that would be ridiculously outrageous and making you guys a money hungry company that everyone was already thinking. I’m also using my Reolink cameras which I’m very happy with so this issue is not to dyer, but irritating as the video quality.

Hoathai88,

Cameras dropping connection and blurry/fuzzy video quality could be an indication of WiFi interference. Try relocating your base station away from any other WiFi devices that could potentially cause interference and test again to see if you still experience the same issue.
