Solar panel charging icon is missing on my arlo3

I recently bought a VMA5600 solar panel however i dun see the charging icon even i connected and exposed to the sunlights for a whole day. Is the solar panel not working or i did something wrong? Please advice. Thank you so much

You should see the charging icon when the panel is in the sun.  You won't see it when there isn't enough light to trickle-charge the battery.

FWIW, I've had occasion to need to wipe the connectors on both the camera and cable to ensure a proper electrical connection.
