Solar panel charger for pro3 floodlight cameras not charging due to cold weather

Anyone experience problems with the solar panel chargers for the Arlo pro three floodlight cameras

I have used them on my Pro 3 floodlight for years (I've since switched to the outdoor power supply for brighter light and some enhanced detection). The solar panels worked well above freezing (when the battery won't charge).
